I'm from the same hometown as Dan Quayle, and I just thought I'd add that putting an "e" on the end of potato is a regional thing. Even there, I had to stop myself from doing it.
I did not know that, and I am glad that I do now. It used to make me nuts when the press would pummel Quayle and make him out to be a complete imbecile. Why not do the same to Biden?
Answer: He's the from the correct party, so he gets a pass.
Liberal media double standard. I remember how the media made it their primary objective to destroy Dan Quayle. They are doing the same thing to Palin. The democrats get a free pass from the media.

I agree. What's with the double standard? Liberal media was ALL over Palin for her interview with Couric. Where's media when Joe Biden puts his foot in his mouth.
